Description

The Three Symbols is an 18 karat Yellow Gold Victorian Owl Pin.  This stunning Pin depicts a circular design with braided edging, and a shield design with orange enamel.  At four corners of this circle is another larger fancy shield design with cream colored enamel.  The smaller inner circle has a great Owl in the middle.  This Owl is surrounded by a circle dot design all around.    This Pin is also a Locket as it has a secret hiding place and a circular glass window in which to put a picture or a lock of hair, as a special memory.  The Pin back is hinged.  This Pin measures     2 1/2″ in diameter.  Circa 1890’s.
