Should you decide to return any item(s) you purchased from Sarah’s Vintage & Estate Jewelry online, please notify us within two days of receipt.
U.S. Purchases
You may return the item(s) for a full refund, less shipping charges (if applicable).
All item(s) must be returned in their original condition.
We do not process refunds for items damaged in shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier.
Please Note: Items purchased in the Williamsville, NY store will be eligible for a refund within 7 business days, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
RETURN PROCESSING | ONLINE PURCHASES
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email.
Your refund will be processed within seven business days.
Please Note: Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
EXCHANGES | ONLINE & IN-STORE PURCHASES
When buying a gift, we realize that in some instances you are taking a chance, so we accept exchanges on most items.
Items returned within 10 days of purchase maybe be exchanged for a different item of equal value or returned for store credit. All items must be returned to us in their original condition.
Store credit does not expire.
